Pricing And Delivery Policy
At T N Carpet Rugs, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, carpet and rugs that reflect their unique style and preferences. Our pricing & delivery policy is transparent, fair, and designed to ensure the best value for our customers.

1. Pricing Structure:

All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD).

Prices are determined based on the size, design complexity, materials used, and other customization factors.

For the price transparency, we have provided the ranges of each collections.
2. Advance Payment Terms:

A 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of the rug production.

This advance payment secures the order and allows us to initiate the customization process.
3. Balance Payment:

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the shipment of the customized rugs.

Shipping costs are separate and will be calculated based on the destination and the weight/volume of the order. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method, and the associated costs will be clearly communicated while finalizing the order. All the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
4. Payment Methods:

We accept payments through bank wire transfers, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

For international transactions, the buyer is responsible for any additional bank charges or currency conversion fees.
5. Customs and Import Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. We provide necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance from our end.
6. Production Timeline:

The production of customized rugs begins after the 50% advance payment is received.

The production timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design and materials used. An estimated delivery date will be provided upon order confirmation.

Any delays in production will be promptly communicated to the customer.
7. Quality Assurance:

T N Carpet Rugs ensures the highest quality standards in materials and craftsmanship.

Regular updates and images of the rug in progress can be provided upon request to keep the customer informed.

In the rare event of any manufacturing defects, customers should notify us within 7 days of receiving the rugs, accompanied by photographic evidence for assessment.

We will ship the product after the prior approval on the photographs or live videos calls, whatever best suited to client, once the rug is ready.
8. Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be included in the final invoice. So the balance 50% plus shipping cost need to be paid off before shipment.

In case T N Carpet Rugs arranging the shipping, then the shipping and tracking details will be provided to the customer once the rugs are dispatched.
9. Customization Changes:

Any changes to the original customization request after the 50% advance payment may result in additional charges and could impact the delivery timeline. Any changes or special requests should be communicated at the earliest possible stage.
10. Return Policy:

Customized rugs are made to order and, therefore, not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Any issues with the delivered rugs must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
